How prints are made and shipped

Every print is produced when you order it, on archival fine art paper, by a print partner with production facilities across the world. Your order is usually printed within 2 to 3 working days and shipped from the facility nearest to you, tracked. You will get the tracking link by email once it is on its way.

Typical delivery, from the day you order: 5 to 8 working days within India, 7 to 14 working days elsewhere. Customs duties, where a country applies them, are the buyer's responsibility.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the print and the packaging and email me within 7 days of delivery. A damaged or defective print is reprinted and reshipped at no cost to you. That is a promise I can keep because the production partner honours it too.

Refunds and cancellations

Each print is made for your order, so I cannot take returns for a change of mind once production has started. If you write to me before the order goes to print, I will cancel and refund it in full. Refunds, where due, go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of being issued.

The address matters

The shipping address you enter is where the partner ships. If you spot a mistake, reply to your receipt email right away; once a parcel has shipped I cannot redirect it.

Questions before you order are welcome: write to me from the contact page.
